Ingredients:
1 Red Onion (sliced)
1 Lemon (it will be squeezed in)
1 Thumb of Ginger
3-4 Twigs of Thyme
1-2 Twigs of Rosemary
1 Tsp Ceylon Cinnamon
1 Tsp Turmeric
1 Tbsp of Elderberry
1 Tsp Clove
2-3 Whole Garlic pieces
Honey (fill jar until it reaches top)
What you need
1 32 oz Mason Jar
Crockpot (for heated method)
Suggested points: If you decide to not heat this recipe please let it sit for at least 24-48 hrs. If you are using dry herbs you can actually infuse for several weeks since it will take a bit longer for those benefits to penetrate. For the Heated Method keep crockpot on the “Low” heat or the “Keep warm” setting. Try to do this during the day so you can monitor honey. Let jar sit for 12-18 hrs for best results.
