Delicious Anti-Inflammatory fruit salad


Ingredients

  • 3 Slices of Pineapple cut into squares (or small chunks)

  • 1 Cup of Blueberries

  • 1.5 Cups of Strawberries cut into squares

  • 3 Kiwis cut into squares

  • 3 Tangerines cut into squares

  • 1 Mango cut into squares

  • 1/2 Lemon Squeezed onto fruit

  • 1 TBSP of Manuka honey (can substitute with Date syrup if needed)

Tips: Thoroughly wash strawberries, and blueberries before consumption. The skin will be removed on the other fruit. Cut all fruit into desired size. Once all fruit is combined squeeze lemon over fruit and add the tablespoon of manuka honey. This fruit can be stored in the refrigerator. Consume within 2-4 days as the fruit will create its own juice and may become molded overtime.
