Dragon Fruit, Strawberry & Papaya Sorbet Lactation. This was achieved using the Sorbet attachment for Nama J2.


Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of frozen Strawberries

  • 1 Cup of frozen Papaya (this was a fresh papaya cut and put into the freezer)

  • 1 Cup of frozen Dragon fruit

  • OPTIONAL- 1-2 TBSP of Date or Maple Syrup


What you need

  • Nama J2 Juicer or Juicer of choice

  • Nama J2 Sorbet Attachment

If you don’t have this juicer you can certainly use a food processor or blender with some adjustments which may include a liquid. My preferences for liquid include water, coconut water or coconut/almond milk.
