Lactose Free Strawberry Agua De Fresca


Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of Strawberries (you can leave some for garnishment)

  • 4 Cups of Water

  • 2-3 TBSP Date Syrup

  • 5-6 Organic Dates

  • Optional: Vanilla Extract (2-3 TSP)

  • Optional: 1-2 TSP Ceylon Cinnamon


What you need

  • M1 Nama Milk Maker (or any blender you have, you will have to strain this version).

  • Blender for strawberry (I used the Beast blender)

Instructions: Create Strawberry sauce using 2 Cups of Strawberries, 2-3 TBSP of Date syrup and 1 Cup of Water. Blend until liquid smooth. Create nut milk with 1 Cup of Cashews, 1 Cup of Strawberries, 3 Cups of Water and 5-6 dates. Add in optional Vanilla extract and Cinnamon if desired. Combine strawberry sauce to fresh strawberry nut milk. Mix together and garnish with strawberries pieces if desired. Add ice and enjoy! Refrigerate remainder.
